Product Manager - billing and payments (Grand Rapids, MI)

Redstone Analytics designs and makes medical devices in Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory submissions and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory submissions or a regulated setting.
