Product Manager - billing and payments (Fort Worth, TX)

Clearpath Quarry Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Fort Worth, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
