Product Manager - billing and payments (El Paso, TX)

Stonegate Junction Insurance is an insurance company in El Paso with claims and service teams, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
