Product Manager - billing and payments (El Paso, TX)

Fernwood Ember Markets is a El Paso retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 738 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around supplier deliveries and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
