Product Manager - billing and payments (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Wilder Insurance Group is an insurance company in El Paso with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
