Product Manager - billing and payments (El Paso, TX)

Harborlight Kestrel Financial is a financial-services company in El Paso. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around regulatory reports and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
