Product Manager - billing and payments (El Paso, TX)

Bright Lantern Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around El Paso. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
