Product Manager - billing and payments (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wilder Medical and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around device records and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with device records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
