Product Manager - billing and payments (Detroit, MI)

Northwind Lakeside Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Detroit. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
