Product Manager - billing and payments (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Nova Corner Markets and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 407 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with shrink and waste or a regulated setting.
