Product Manager - billing and payments (Des Moines, IA)

Northwind Clear Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Des Moines, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around licensing and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting.
