Product Manager - billing and payments (Des Moines, IA)

Ironwood Thistle Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Des Moines, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
