Product Manager - billing and payments (Denver, CO)

Harborlight Rowan Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Denver serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 193 people based in Denver. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
