Product Manager - billing and payments (Denver, CO)

Fernwood Basin Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Denver, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 700 people based in Denver. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around supply orders and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with supply orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
