Product Manager - billing and payments (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Umber Facilities is a facilities company in Denver with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around cleaning schedules and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
