Product Manager - billing and payments (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Glen Care Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around client records and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with client records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
