Product Manager - billing and payments (Columbus, OH)

Bright North Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Columbus. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
