Product Manager - billing and payments (Columbus, OH)

Greenridge Sable Financial is a financial-services company in Columbus. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around account servicing and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account servicing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
