Product Manager - billing and payments (Columbus, OH)

Redstone Yarrow Facilities is a facilities company in Columbus with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around customer sites and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
