Product Manager - billing and payments (Columbus, OH)

Rivermark Cedar Facilities is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around safety inspections and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with safety inspections or a regulated setting.
