Product Manager - billing and payments (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Stone Care Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
