Product Manager - billing and payments (Colorado Springs, CO)

Stonegate Field Financial serves customers across Colorado Springs with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around loan applications and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
