Product Manager - billing and payments (Colorado Springs, CO)

Redstone Junction Financial is a financial-services company in Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around loan applications and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
