Product Manager - billing and payments (Cincinnati, OH)

Greenridge Summit Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Cincinnati, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around promotions and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with promotions or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
