Product Manager - billing and payments (Chicago, IL)

Highbridge Linden Care Services provides in-home and community support in Chicago, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
