What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
