Product Manager - billing and payments (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Lumen Glen Facilities Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around contractor visits and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with contractor visits or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
