Product Manager - billing and payments (Charlotte, NC)

Ironwood Amber Medical is a Charlotte company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
