Product Manager - billing and payments (Charlotte, NC)

Bluepeak Amber Medical Associates is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 887 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting.
