Product Manager - billing and payments (Charlotte, NC)

Westbrook Cross Banking Services Partners provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Charlotte. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around loan files and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
