Product Manager - billing and payments (Charleston, SC)

Nova Quill Facilities is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around cleaning schedules and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting.
