Product Manager - billing and payments (Charleston, SC)

Highbridge Vale Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Charleston producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
