Product Manager - billing and payments (Buffalo, NY)

Clearpath Union Facilities Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around customer sites and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
