Product Manager - billing and payments (Buffalo, NY)

Rivermark Lakeside Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Buffalo, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
