Product Manager - billing and payments (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Nova Pike Medical and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
