Product Manager - billing and payments (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Umber Banking Services Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
