Product Manager - billing and payments (Boise, ID)

Foxglove Ivory Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Boise with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
