Product Manager - billing and payments (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Cedar Junction Insurance and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
