Product Manager - billing and payments (Birmingham, AL)

Ironwood Analytics provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Birmingham. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
