Product Manager - billing and payments (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Vista Financial and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 243 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
