Product Manager - billing and payments (Birmingham, AL)

Silverline Maple Financial is a financial-services company in Birmingham. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around vendor spend and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with vendor spend or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
