Product Manager - billing and payments (Birmingham, AL)

Bluepeak North Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Birmingham producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting.
