Product Manager - billing and payments (Baltimore, MD)

Westbrook Glen Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Baltimore. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
