Product Manager - billing and payments (Baltimore, MD)

Stonegate Loom Insurance is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on billing and payments for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 644 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting.
