Product Manager - billing and payments (Baltimore, MD)

Fernwood Summit Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Baltimore, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
