Product Manager - billing and payments (Baltimore, MD)

Ironwood Pike Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Baltimore. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory filings and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory filings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
