Product Manager - billing and payments (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Sable Markets and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be billing and payments. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around promotions and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with promotions or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
