Product Manager - billing and payments (Atlanta, GA)

Cedar Rook Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Atlanta, and we need a Product Manager to lead our billing and payments. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
