Product Manager - billing and payments (Atlanta, GA)

Amberfield Maple Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Atlanta. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a large organisation of about 628 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
