Product Manager - billing and payments (Atlanta, GA)

Nova Yarrow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Atlanta. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on billing and payments. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around cleaning schedules and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
